Why 3&1:
We understand the needs of the entrepreneur in accessing capital markets. Our proprietary process for investment grading, allows 3 and 1 Capital to meet the financial needs of the entrepreneur, without trading their equity. Through our network we identify capital sources, create lending structures, and help the entrepreneur obtain debt financing with little to no equity dilution. These solutions help eliminate the C, D & E rounds of funding where most of the founder’s equity is lost.
How We Work:
Through our valuable relationships with the insurance markets and A rated carriers, we can utilize a variety of insurance products for credit enhancement of bonds which reduces the borrowing cost to the projects for which we consult. Our investment grade rating projects to save 200-300 basis points per year in cost.
